How it works
A signature is a block at the end of the emails you send by hand from your inbox. It's set per person, so each team member has their own. Emails that go out automatically from a workflow or campaign don't use it, so put the sign-off in that email instead.
Set the profile signature for emails you write by hand. Build the sign-off into the template for anything that goes out on its own.
Set your own signature
Open your profile
Open your own profile settings. Each person on the team has one, and it's where the signature editor lives.
Find the signature editor
The signature box is a rich text editor, so you can format it and add a logo or link. Type your details in.
Type it out
Keep it short. Name, role, business, phone, website. Replace the example details with your own.

Save, then email yourself from the inbox. Check it on your phone too: a big logo can push the text off the screen.
Your emails end with your details, and test emails show them correctly on a computer and a phone.
