Type what you're trying to do, in your own words, into the search at the top of help.revenu.com.au. Most jobs have a step-by-step guide with the exact menu path.
Ask Charlie
If you can't find it, ask Charlie. Say what you tried, what you expected and what happened instead. Charlie is an AI assistant and will say so; if it can't solve it, it passes you to a person.
