How it works
You can add products from your catalogue straight onto an appointment. The price comes from the catalogue, you can change it for that one sale, and stock is taken off for you.
Add it to the appointment when the sale belongs to the visit. Use an invoice when you want to bill separately or after the visit.
Add it on the appointment
Open the appointment
Go to CRM > Calendars > Calendar View and click the appointment.
CRM› Calendars› Calendar ViewClick + Add product
In the appointment window, click + Add product and choose from your catalogue. Add a few if they buy more than one.
Change the price if you need to
Override the price for this appointment only, for example a discount for a regular. The catalogue price doesn't change.
Save and check stock
Save the appointment. Then check the product's stock. It should have dropped by what you sold.
The products sit on the appointment with the right price, and your stock count goes down.
