How it works
You call from your browser. The customer sees your business number, not your mobile. The call shows in the conversation with them, and you can add a note when you hang up.
Use the computer at your desk. Use the app when you're out and about. Both show the same history on the customer.
From your computer
Open the customer
Go to CRM > Conversations, open the customer's thread, or open their contact record.
CRM› ConversationsClick Call
Click Call and choose which business number to call from (the caller ID). Allow your browser to use the microphone if it asks.
Add a note after
When you hang up, add a note about what was said. It saves in the thread.
A simple noteCalled about the quote. Wants Thursday morning. Follow up Wednesday.
You've called from your business number, and the call and your note are saved on the customer.
