How it works
Every revenu number has a set of rules for incoming calls: who it rings, on which devices, in what order, and how long it rings before moving on. You choose the order. For example, ring you for 20 seconds, then a team mate, then the AI receptionist.
Use the number's forwarding for a plain 'ring me, then them'. Use the app to take calls anywhere without handing out a second number. Use a phone menu when callers should choose who they reach.
Forward from the number's settings
Open the number
Go to Settings > Communications > Phone System, find your number and open Edit Configuration.

Give the number a friendly name so you can tell it from the others.
Friendly nameMain lineChoose who it rings
Choose the main person and which of their devices ring. To send calls to a mobile that isn't in revenu, set the forwarding priority so an external number is one of the choices.
Add a back-up and set the ring time
Set the order: you first, then others. You can ring up to 6 extra users. Set the incoming call timeout to about 20 seconds. Much longer and your mobile's voicemail can pick up before revenu moves on.
Timeout20 secondsSave and test
Save, then call the number from a different phone. Check your mobile rings and that the back-up picks up when you leave it.
Calls to your business number ring your mobile, and fall through to your back-up if you miss them.
