How it works
An export takes whatever list you have open and turns it into a CSV file. A CSV opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. You choose the columns, so you can leave out anything you don't need to share.
Export a list for customers. Export submissions when you only want the form answers.
Export a smart list
Open the list you want
Go to CRM > Contacts > Smart Lists and open the list. To export only some people, filter first so the list shows just them.
CRM› Contacts› Smart ListsClick Export
Choose Export from the actions area.
Pick your columns
Choose only the columns you need, such as name, email, phone and tags. The fewer columns, the less personal information is in the file. Confirm.
A safe starting setFirst name, Last name, Email, Phone, TagsDownload it
When the file is ready, download it. Open it to check it looks right.
You have a CSV of the right people and columns, stored somewhere safe.
