How it works
Every time someone submits a form, three things happen. The answers are saved in a list called Submissions. The person is added to your contacts. And whoever you've named gets an email. You can change who that is for each form.
Look at Submissions to see everything in one place. Use the form's own notification for a quick email. Use a workflow when you want a text, a task or different people depending on the answer.
See them in Submissions
Open Submissions
Go to Sites > Forms > Submissions.
Sites› Forms› SubmissionsFilter by form
Pick a form and a date range to narrow the list. Click a submission to read the answers.
Export if you need to
You can export the list. See the export guide for how to look after the file.
You can see every enquiry in one list, and the right person is emailed each time a new one arrives.
