How it works
A workflow watches for the thing you care about (a form, a booking, a reply) and sends a message to you, not the customer. That's an internal notification.
Make the workflow
Go to Automations > Workflows, click + Create Workflow and start from scratch. Add a trigger: Form Submitted, Appointment Booked, or Customer Replied.
Automations› WorkflowsAdd the alert
Add the Internal Notification action. Choose SMS, email or an in-app notification, and pick the user or type the number.
Alert textNew lead: {{contact.name}}, {{contact.phone}}. Source: {{contact.source}}. Open revenu to reply. The {{ }} parts fill in by themselves with your business and customer details when it sends.
Get it on your phone
Install the revenu mobile app and allow notifications, so new messages and leads ping you too.
Publish
Switch the workflow to Published and save. Test with a dummy form submission.
You hear about every new lead within seconds.
