How it works
A company record is the business itself, with its own details. The people are still contacts. You link them to the company. Then you can see every person and every job for that business in one place.
Set up the company once. Then email everyone at it in one go when you have news for the whole business.

Add the contacts who work there. Do the same for any opportunities or jobs, so they show on the company record.
Check it
Open the company. Every person and job should show on the one page.
Each business client has one company record with all its people and jobs linked.
