Find the payment
Go to Commerce > Transactions and open the payment.
Commerce› TransactionsRefund
Click Refund, choose full or part, enter the amount and confirm. The customer's card is refunded by your payment provider, usually in 5 to 10 business days.
Subscriptions
If it's a subscription, also cancel it in Commerce > Subscriptions so it doesn't charge again.

When it's done
The customer's refunded and the record shows it.
