In Marketing > Reputation > Settings, connect Google (and Facebook if you use it).

Open your reviews
Go to Reputation > Reviews and filter by stars.

Reply to the good ones
Thank them by name and mention the job. Short is fine.
Good reviewThanks so much. Really glad it came up well. Shout if you need anything else.
Reply to a bad one calmly
Don't argue in public. Acknowledge it, take it offline, and leave out any personal details.
Bad reviewThanks for letting us know. That's not the experience we want for anyone. We'd like to make it right, so please reply to the email we sent or give us a call.
Optional: let AI draft replies
Under Reputation > Settings > Reviews AI, set up an agent with your tone. Keep it on Suggestive so you approve every reply, especially bad ones.

When it's done

Every review gets a reply, and a bad one shows people you look after customers.
