Available now: Aria, for home services (plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling and similar), which takes inbound enquiries, books jobs, captures lead details, handles emergencies and covers after-hours. Coming soon: Riley for real estate (outbound) and Maya for health and wellness (inbound).

Pick Aria and review every field
Click Use this agent on Aria. Read every pre-filled detail and replace anything generic with your own: business name, suburbs you cover, hours, services, what counts as an emergency, and who it passes urgent calls to.
Emergency ruleIf the customer mentions a gas smell, flooding, sparking or no power to the whole house, tell them to call [emergency number] now and, for gas, to leave the house first. Test it as a customer
Before it goes live, talk to it as a customer would: a normal booking, an emergency, an after-hours enquiry and a question it shouldn't answer. Fix anything it gets wrong.
Go live and check the logs
Deploy it, then read the Logs tab for the first week. Anything it couldn't answer becomes a new answer in its knowledge.
