What it is, and who it suits
Two workflow steps under AI Actions. AI analyze video watches a public video (a YouTube link or a direct video file), listens to the sound too, and answers your question in text. AI analyze image does the same for a photo. Later steps can save the answer to a field, add it as a note or send it to your tech. It suits tradies, insurers and repairers who quote from photos. Each run costs a little, charged to your wallet.
What works and what doesn't
One video per step. The video must be public. Direct video files (MP4, MOV, WebM) and YouTube links work. Vimeo and TikTok page links don't.
Use the video step when movement or sound matters (a dripping pipe, a noisy motor). Use the image step for damage, measurements and labels.

Open the workflow, click + and choose AI Actions > AI analyze video.

Point it at the video and ask your question
Map the field that holds the video link, then write what you want back.

Save the answer
Add an Update contact field step and put the answer into your 'Job summary' field, or add it as a note.
Test on yourself
Submit the form yourself with a public test video, check the summary, then Publish.
Each job arrives with a short written description from the customer's video or photo.
