How it works
Once your calendar is linked to your Google listing, people who find you on Google can book straight from it, in the same way as your booking link. The booking lands in your calendar like any other. If you have more than one location, each listing can have its own booking, all in one account.
Switch the beta on
Go to Settings > Labs and switch on Google Organic Booking: Multiple Google Business Profiles.
Settings› LabstipIf you can't see it, ask revenu to switch it on for you.
Open Connections
Go to CRM > Calendars > Connections.
CRM› Calendars› ConnectionsConnect your Google listing
Sign in with the Google account that manages your business profile and pick the listing. If you have more than one location, connect each one and match it to the calendar for that location.
Check the calendar before you go live
Google shows what your calendar shows. Check the hours, services and prices are right, and book a test from your booking link first. If times are missing, see the 'why isn't a time showing' guide.
Your Google listing has a booking option, and new bookings arrive in your calendar.
