How editing works
A booking can be changed after it's made, even after it's been paid for. You can move the time, swap the staff member and set a custom price for that one appointment. The customer's record and payment stay attached, so nothing needs re-entering.
Change it yourself when you're moving things around. Send the reschedule link when the customer knows their new time better than you do.
Change it yourself
Open the booking
Go to CRM > Calendars > Calendar View and click the appointment to open it.
CRM› Calendars› Calendar ViewChange the time or the staff member
Pick the new date and time, or the person who'll do the job. Check the person is free then. A clash shows before you save.
Set a custom price if it's different
If this one job costs more or less than the service's usual price, override the price on the appointment. The service menu stays as it was.
Save, then tell the customer
Save the change. Confirm with the customer so they know the new details.
